firstly if you are still at school and they offer dance as asubject take it also join any local dance classes, not just ballet.
Then look into higher education dance courses, see if you can major in ballet and practise practise practise!!
If you chose a good course they should be able to guide you in the right direction... but don't expect it to be easy, you have to be disicplined and dedicated!

If you must ask, you don't have the talent to get in...sorry. If you had the talent, your dance teacher would have had you auditioning for them years ago. BTW, how old are you to ask such a foolish question?
